REPLACEMENT AND RETURNING OF ITEMS
– You can return items within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
– Return the item packed in original packaging and mail it in the envelope or box to the address highlighted on the site. On that occasion, write your address correctly, because otherwise we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
– If we sent the wrong item we will bear the cost of return by sending another item of the same or a bit higher value than value of postage you have paid. Send item back to the address on the website and in the package insert proof of payment of postage.

– If your package is returned to us without our error, we can not accept expenses for second sending.

CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
REFUNDS PAID BY A PAYMENT CARD
